Strætó's schedule over Easter 2026

Below you can see Strætó’s schedule and opening hours over Easter 2026.

Buses drive according to a Sunday schedule.

• Maundy Thursday, 2 April
• Good Friday, 3 April
• Easter Sunday, 5 April
• Easter Monday, 6 April

Night buses drive as usually the Easter weekend.

• Easter Sunday, 5 April Buses drive according to a Saturday schedule
• Easter Monday, 6 April Buses drive according to a Sunday schedule

Routes 63, 64, 65 and 81 only runs during school days so there is no service during easter from 30 March to 6 April.

Eastfjords:

No service in Eastfjords on these days, 91, 92, 93 and 96. (Note that routes 91 and 93 run as normal on Saturday 4 April).

Route 94 will run according to Friday schedule Good Friday and according to Monday schedule Easter Monday, no service on Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday.

Reykjanesbær – local buses:

No service during red days during easter.

Akureyri – local buses:

No service during red days during easter except on route A6 on Maunday Thursday and Easter Monday, then it will run according to Sunday schedule.
