New route in the Westfjords added to the regional bus network

Route 66 has now been added to the regional bus network. The route drive through Patreksfjörður, Tálknafjörður and Bíldudalur, and continues to Bíldudalur Airport. The route starts to operate September 1^st.

Route 66 operates in accordance with Norlandair’s published flight schedule at Bíldudalur Airport. The route does not operate for additional Norlandair flights that are outside the published flight schedule.

The bus follows the timetable, but times may change if Norlandair’s flight schedule changes, for example due to winter weather and road conditions. Passengers are advised to check the flight schedule if weather or road conditions are poor.
